Shipping and Returns
Depending on your shipping option, orders can be tracked.
Local Pick up or local delivery cannot be tracked. Please note there’s a small fee of $5 for local deliveries (Montreal/Laval).
Items are typically shipped out within 48 hours of orders being placed. Please note due to Covid-19, shipping and deliveries may take a little longer.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Depending on the nature of the item, returns and exchanges will be determined on a case by case. If your item is damaged please contact email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
