Shipping and Returns


Depending on your shipping option, orders can be tracked.

Local Pick up or local delivery cannot be tracked. Please note there’s a small fee of $12.99 for local deliveries (Montreal/Laval). 

Items are typically shipped out within 48 hours of orders being placed. Please note due to Covid-19, shipping and deliveries may take a little longer.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Depending on the nature of the item, returns and exchanges will be determined on a case by case. If your item is damaged please contact with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.


All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
